I would also like to take this opportunity to pass on my gratitude, before coming to you I had had a rather unpleassant experience in another shop and in a way I had given up hope! As I am sure Miranda can recall I was a little tearful when I arrived, but within 5 minutes I was laughing and having a lovely time! It was exactly what buying a wedding dress should be like. Miranda was very sensitive and understanding and I will certainly be sending anyone I know getting married straight to you guys! 
Just to let you know that we had a fabulous time at the wedding. I felt absolutely fabulous in the outfit and just wanted to say thank you for all your help. Should my daughter decide to get married, I will definitely be back!!
